It’s hard to believe it, but the pretty little girl who has made herself the center of our world, is two years old today! This crazy dog has taken over our lives and our home, and now she’s a great big adult! Well, at least an older puppy!
When we brought her home at 3 months old, she was such a tiny ball of fluff still, even if she did already weigh in at 30 pounds. She was still all fluff and puppy breath and silly antics. She quickly grew into a gangly teenager, all legs and skinny, but soon tipping the scales at over 100 lbs!
At the same time as she celebrated her first birthday, she had her first heat, making her officially a “big girl” and celebrated her first snow fall, which pretty much was her favorite birthday present, EVER. Before we knew it, she was 18 months old, and it was time to get her spayed.
Last summer was pretty rough for her, until the fencing was done, and then she got the freedom to run and roam, and play in the sprinklers. That was a pretty awesome time for Miss Mia.
And now, here we are, celebrating her second birthday, and I can’t believe how the time has just flown by! She is such a wonderful, sweet, cuddlebug, and we’re so lucky to have her! Happy Birthday, Mia Moo!
